The Mind Behind Eleven Consult
Corina is the founder of Eleven Consult and a senior transformation and delivery leader with nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate complexity, drive change, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
She currently serves as Head of Business Transformation at Arval BNP Paribas Group, where she provides strategic leadership across initiatives that enhance both customer and employee experience, fuel business growth, and strengthen organizational engagement. In this role, Corina champions a culture of continuous improvement, leading process optimization, structured problem-solving, and automation initiatives that accelerate efficiency and innovation.
Her work sits at the intersection of business strategy, digital platforms, and execution excellence. She oversees the deployment, integration, and configuration of digital solutions, working closely with Business Lines to ensure full alignment with strategic objectives, while also ensuring the delivery of high-quality, business-aligned IT services that support long-term goals.
Throughout her career, Corina has led high-impact transformation and delivery programs across the financial services and software development sectors. She has successfully managed large-scale initiatives, from complex system integrations to end-to-end software delivery, for organizations such as Romanian Commercial Bank (member of Erste Group) and Tremend Software Consulting (Publicis Sapient / Publicis Groupe).
Previously, as Customer Success Manager at FLOW.AI, Corina partnered with banking clients to deliver innovative, scalable, customer-centric solutions. By combining project management, business analysis, and consulting, she consistently focused on long-term value creation, customer satisfaction, and sustainable adoption.
A strong believer in people-driven transformation, Corina has mentored and led cross-functional teams of project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, fostering clarity, accountability, and a results-oriented culture. She is known for her dedication, proactivity, and ability to adapt quickly, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Corina holds internationally recognized certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), SCRUM, and Product Management, blending structured execution with agile and product-led thinking.
